Corruption In Corona Community Hospital?

You decide....

Letter #1

  • Too bad not more people really look into CRMC.   Did you know how many times they were sited for throwing biohazards into the regular trash bins.

  • Did you know that most of the risk management department has been changed over so much that if a person had a legal case there, more than likely they could not find the original chart.  Medical records is such a mess, they have no idea where anything is.

  • Did you know they allow physicians to practice, perform operations even though their patients keep dying.... one physician alone has had 4 deaths in one year and yet, he still is allowed to practice

  • Corona needs to be cleaned up like Parkview...  Look at Parkview now, they are taking care of business.

Letter #2

  • I was in management...  I am no longer there because I was asked to do things that were not right.. (director WANTED me to lie to administration telling them that certain vendors quoted a lower amount and then when they sent the bill in, they added extra costs.) She was lying..   They quoted her the correct amount... she just did not listen correctly.

  • I was arguing with management so much that when UHS came in, they used this opportunity to fire me.  (I was transcription supervisor working as a medical records manager, responsible for 23 employees in the HIM department), working in all phases with the director, medical chart review, contracts, risk management, ( I was in charge of the legal files).  Hiring, firing training all clerical staff.

  • My director and the coding supervisor, pretty much stayed in the background and I was promised over 2 years that my position would be moved over to assistant management. I was working over 60 hours a week for the past 2 years... now that I am gone, the place is really in a mess...assembly and analysis is over a month old.  3 other staff members quit.   These two managers are being asked to take anger management classes, because  of the large complaints that they have been receiving in HR.
My concern is the patients and those physicians who truly care about their patients.

I have received several calls from the other administrative secretaries... What happened to me is now happening in other parts of the hospital.

-- Yes you can forward my letter, but I rather not have my name not mentioned...
