I got a voicemail message yesterday from Leslie Royal at CMS, confirming that she had spoken w/you.  She also said they sent DHS out for a verification survey.  I will be returning her call today.  If there's more, I'll let you know.  Please keep me posted about whether there continues to be a delay & if DHS looks at 23 hour issues.  Thanks,
