Jackie,

I'm confused.  If the 2567 has not been released to the hospital, how Could ETS/Hospital have submitted a Plan of Correction that has already been APPROVED by the L&C Dept?  I would like to know if such an APPROVED plan exists or not, because the August 9th letter states that such a plan does exist, and has been approved.  Thanks.
