Subject: ETS/ITF Update
The worst thing we can do is
expect the management and staff at ETS/ITF to do their job when they do not have
the needed tools. I saw this coming back
in 2005 when I filed my first validated complaint about ETS over-crowding, nd
the State FAILED to follow up. Time
is now of the essence for a new TS/ITF because patients are being put at severe
risk. The MH dept and TS/ITF have
my full support and understanding.
However, it is now time for he board of supervisors to approve the capital
spending, or face out of
compliance consequences.
I hope the BOS will do the right thing and help save lives and approve
the capital spending for a new ETS/ITF with a reasonable COMPLEATION
DATE.....Kathi
