Whooooaaaaaaaaaaaa. I had no idea is was the same hospital. Good for you for coming forward. I only wished there were more people like you in the world Ed. Clients would finally have a chance to get better and get some real help.
That is a great letter you wrote and I hope it gets the attention that it needs.
I wrote a letter to our Governor (attached) and intend to put it on the Internet as an 'open letter' to our Governor. I'd like to do the same with yours when you are ready.
The message I got from pt rts sounds almost word-for-word the message they gave you. Like:. "We are just so glad that you were there, else we wouldn't have known about this...AND, we will notify our staff to keep an extra lookout for these types of things."
Ed, I knew that was just a line when I heard it. I personally think that Carole was hand chosen for her position NOT TO TAKE A POSITION, if she does, it is a very 'soft position". The pt rts in LA is in sad shape, that is in my opinion.
Ed, I did a training for Protection & Advocacy, Inc this year. It was taped on DVD. I just moved, but when I get my hands on the material, I'd like to send you a copy.
