Ed, This is great news. Awareness is the best method toward corrective action. Carole [Mathews] from Patients Rights in LA (Director of LA PT RTS) is asking for information on the facility. I am copying this email to Carole so you can provide names she is requesting....aka follow-up.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Many are afraid for their jobs or could care less to come forward with the truth. Many thanks. Carole's letter is copied below.
