Ed, I would like to view the Sacto message to Carole. I've noticed that Carole has this habit of off-handing nearly ALL of what goes into her office, and I suspect that she even lets others off-hand vital concerns before she even is aware of them. That is just my impression of Carole. I've seen some very sloppy work out of her dept. Find out if you spoke with Carole, and if it was, I'd be more then happy to print your notes, and if it wasn't her, find out what her plan is on handing this. i.e. who/how/when and where, and see if her response are acceptable to you. I'm sure interested.
I'm with you...sloppy follow-up needs to be exposed with the abusers.
