 Subject:  Helene McDonald M.D. alias Helene Marie Apostol. 

Objective:  There is little about Helene McDonald on the Internet (bottom of page 5).  Since this site is rated high in the search engines, it is my objective to target anyone searching information on Helene McDonald that will offer a vestige information and strategy should they find themselves in court with this hired gun.

McDonald's Motive:  Helene McDonald will sell her services as an 'expert psychiatrist' to support, or fabricate a lie in court for money.  She is not interested in supporting the truth but her bottom line ($$$)

This women has, and will lie to the highest bidder.  As a medical doctor and a psychiatrist, she violated the first rule of healing: "First do no harm."  Riverside County retained an attorney that hired Helene McDonald (alias Apostol) as an expert witness to defend Richard Dorsey M.D.  

I have a copy of her 33 page damming, evil, and lying report.  I regret I didn't have a day in court to produce the evidence my investigators discovered.  However, should you meet up with this deceitful doctor,  feel free to use this information in your defense. 

In my strength, I decided I will not be subjected to abuse any longer, no matter the cost.  I decided to "out" this doctor for causing me more abuse with her biogas report to support an evil Richard Dorsey M.D.   I caused to be hired several of my own investigators in December of 2000 to find out the truth about Helene McDonald M.D.  Would she lie?  Would she say anything to get a buck?  I was going to find out.  No longer will I allow the investigations to be one-way and aimed at me via a psychiatric expert.  Since Riverside County had retained an attorney that had hired a crooked psychiatrist, then I figure I have the right to investigate the integrity of their 'expert' psychiatric doctor.   And further, since Dr. Helene McDonald was willing to fabricate and falsify information in court to cause me harm, I figured I have the right to supply identifying information to stop her cold in her tracks before she hurts her next victim.  

She did a psychiatric interview of me for 8 hours and in her report she never mentioned any the abuses I endured at the hands of Richard Dorsey.  Rather, she ignored all the evidence and supported this abusive man and Riverside County.   This woman's psychiatric report about me was so 'evil' that I suspected she had sold out victims for money in other past cases.  Going on a gut feeling, I caused to be hired private investigators.  Their reports to me confirmed, and validated, my suspicions that she was dishonest and a crooked doctor that would sell her 'expert opinion' to the highest bidder.  My private investigators reported the following summary:

"PAS" - Where one parent alienates the child as to the other parent through psychological means via abuse, sexual and emotional. 

Field Work and Neighborhood Canvas

We contacted neighbors around the home address.  We made contact with a confidential informant ("CI") who is a former friend and neighbor of subject who expressed that at one time the subject conveyed to her (during a party they were both attending) that she (the subject) was involved in a case in which one parent (the mother) was alleging sexual abuse against a minor child - The subject told CI that there were no substantial facts to the case but that because of a bias that she had with the mother, she wrote up a report that supported the mother's allegations to the detriment of the father.  During their conversation she expressed the bias to the CI so that the CI believe that she was siding with the mother without any facts or evidence. 

 

How would you feel if you lost custody of your children based on lies in court by a doctor that broke an oath to "First Do No Harm?"   

As you can see from my investigators reports, she will support a lie, or she will support a position as FACT without evidence for a bias of MONEY/FRIENDSHIP.  My hunch about her proved right by the grace of God.
