VIRGINIA LARZELERE

On the day of the murder only one witness had view of the entry side door (doc's office / desk / lab) if the gunman had entered.  But he did not enter the building after Virginia, Norm and Emma got back from lunch.  The gunman was ALREADY in the building, hiding in the back room where the safe was.  Virginia states below that the gunman did not enter though the side door and chase after Norm from his office (she would have seen this), yet on this very day of the murder, the police told the news reporters their theory rather then Virginia's eye witness account.

EDGEWATER POLICE REPORT

CASE NO: 91-03-0353

HOMICIDE OF NORMAN LARZELERE

Transcripts of taped interview taken March 8, 1991 (day of the murder),  by

Det. Dave Gamell and Det Cheryl Osborne.

Starts page 3

Osborne: When you heard the running to begin with, was Doc still back in the lab area?  Is that where he came running from or where the running came from?

Virginia: The running came from the back.  The guy that come in, he did not come by me cause I can see when somebody comes by me.

Osborne: But you said the guy definitely did not come in through the front door or the side door or that you would have seen him?

Gamell: Was Norm sitting at the desk there doing some work? And he got up startled and hurried to get away?  So obviously he had seen someone come in through the side door?

Virginia: No -- He was talking to Emma before the patient came in.  He was telling Emma to bleach because he was preparing for surgery.
