This attorney took advantage of Virginia. He did not introduce expert witnesses nor call 40 plus witnesses to her defense. Virginia tried to dismiss Jack because he was taking control of her finances without giving due process to her case. Jack refused to be dismissed. Virginia in her own hand wrote a motion asking the court to hear her complaint against Jack. The court refused to hear her complaint and refused to hear her witnesses who could verify her complaint, and therefore the court denied Virginia's motion. It is thought the court saw her complaint as a delay tactic. At the very least, the court should have allowed Virginia the choice to represent herself. As you can see here, Virginia's allegations had merit.
