I help because my "sister" is on death-row for a murder/conspiracy in which she was not involved. She has been robbed of her husband, four children and her home. For nine years now justice has been denied and Virginia has had to endure the abuses of the justice system and the D.O.C. WHY , FOR NOTHING!!!! While her husband's assailant walks free. Her conviction reads conspiracy, her son Jason was acquitted, therefore NO CONSPIRACY, yet she is still on death row. I help because my "sister" is a victim of multiple errors in the justice system. There is an abundance of new evidence for her innocence, a detective who has solved the case ....yet no voice in court has been heard due to lack of funds and man power in the Florida State office of Capital Collateral Representatives.
