I shouldn't be here to write this today.  After a near death experience I came home to find a life sized Yoda standing vigilant with words of wisdom (actual photo above right of my Yoda)   The words that were given to Yoda to speak to me were written by my brother Jay (below and above).  The words were timely and signaled the end of a 7-year ERA of self-hatred because I had let others defined me as an individual.  Now, the abyss, the loss-of-self has gone full circle.  It is now time for the healing to begin.
